Tracy Hayes, President
Tracy took over as President of Pipeline Construction Company in March of 2024. He served as Executive Vice President from 2021 to 2024 and Vice President/CFO from 2016 to 2021.
Prior to joining Pipeline, Hayes worked for Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) for 25 years where he managed several key departments. Those departments included Overhead Construction, Underground Construction, Procurement, Transportation, Facilities, and New Service.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Economics from Carson-Newman University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga
